The Manor at Mill Creek is unique in many ways, but it all starts with its unusual topography, which rises up from the headwaters of Mill Creek to an elevation higher than the adjacent lands. Many of the homesites have terrain within gently rolling ridges and valleys and, wherever possible, these natural topographical features were used to establish the lot boundaries. Moreover, the entire development was engineered using the State’s low impact development rules to minimize storm water run-off. As a result, The Manor’s 50 acres yielded only 40 home sites. Situated along a main road and three cul-de-sacs, these homesites range from one-half acre to over an acre in size, and many of them border conservation areas or other open space.
