Community Amenities

In addition to the conservation areas, three acres in the center of the community have been set aside as open space for recreational amenities. The scope of these amenities has not yet been determined; however, the developers anticipate that this area will be used for a playground, walking trails, and boat storage. Later, if sufficient interest exists, the developers will consider adding a pool and bathhouse.
